17:1-19. Tenure, rights preserved 11. Nothing in this 1996 amendatory and supplementary act shall be construed to deprive any person of any tenure rights or of any right or protection provided him or her by Title 11A of the New Jersey Statutes, or under any pension law or retirement system.
