16:12-3. Powers Any parish of the Protestant Episcopal Church, duly incorporated hereunder or under any other law or charter or letters patent, notwithstanding any restriction contained in its charter, letters patent, act of incorporation, or certificate of organization, shall have all the powers enumerated in section 16:1-4 of this title except as hereinafter specifically provided.
