16:11-12. Auditing committee An auditing committee consisting of three persons shall be elected at the first business meeting of a congregation for the election of trustees and at each annual business meeting of the congregation. Such committee shall, within ten days previous to the next annual business meeting of the congregation, examine the accounts and vouchers of the treasurer, and report thereon at such meeting.
