15:5-7. Expenses of filling in; limitation, assessment and payment thereof The expenses incident to the filling in of the meadows shall not exceed ten per cent of the value of the meadow lands within the bounds of a meadow company taking advantage of sections 15:5-3 to 15:5-7 of this title, as valued for assessment for meadow purposes on March twenty-fourth, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen. The obligations incurred by the managers within the limit aforesaid shall be assessed on the meadow owners and shall be paid as provided by law for the other legal expenses of the meadow company.
