14A:18-2 Formation of benefit corporation. 2. A benefit corporation shall be formed in accordance with chapter 2 of Title 14A of the New Jersey Statutes, except that its certificate of incorporation shall also state that it is a benefit corporation. L.2011, c.30, s.2.
