13:9C-4. Nonapplicability of act 4. a. Nothing in this act shall be construed to discourage or prevent the creation, enhancement, or restoration of wetlands on the site of the approved regulated activity or to discourage or prevent the use of any area suitable for the creation, enhancement, or restoration of wetlands because the area was not previously approved by the council pursuant to section 2 of this act. b. No State, regional, county, or local governmental entity, agency, or authority may deny or disapprove a permit, approval, or other authorization, which is required pursuant to law, rule, regulation, or local resolution or ordinance in order to develop a parcel or engage in any other activities thereon, because the parcel is located within an area approved by the council pursuant to section 2 of this act as being suitable for wetlands creation, enhancement, or restoration.
