13:1K-9.6. Review, approval of remediation 8. Upon the submission of the complete and accurate results of a phase of the remediation pursuant to section 4 of P.L.1983, c.330 (C.13:1K-9) or of any other document required to be submitted that requires the department's review and approval in order to comply with P.L.1983, c.330, the department shall review and approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove the submission or other documents in accordance with the review schedules established pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.423 (C.13:1D-106).
