13:1E-99.81k Propulsion battery producer, register, Department of Environmental Protection. 11. Each producer shall register with the department. A producer operating in the State on the effective date of this act shall register with the department no later than 12 months after the effective date of this act. The department shall establish an online registration program for the purposes of this section on its Internet website. L.2023, c.222, s.11.
