13:1E-99.21e. Jurisdiction over charges, rates; revenue not included in tariff computation Notwithstanding the provisions of P.L.1970, c.40 (C.48:13A-1 et seq.) or any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the Board of Public Utilities shall not have jurisdiction over charges or rates for services provided by persons engaging in the transportation of leaves to a leaf composting facility, vegetative waste composting facility, recycling center or lands owned or operated by a recognized academic institution authorized or approved by the Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to P.L.1989, c.151 (C.13:1E-99.21a et al.). The revenues generated by persons engaging in the transportation of leaves shall not be included within the computation of current or adjusted tariffs established pursuant to law for solid waste collection.
