13:1E-48.9. Transporter application, fees Every transporter shall submit an application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to the Board of Public Utilities on a form prescribed by the board, and pay an initial and annual renewal fee in an amount set by the board as may be necessary to cover the costs of reviewing the qualifications of applicants, including background investigations, and the costs of compliance monitoring and administration.
