13:1E-48.11. Instruction The departments shall provide at least written instruction on the proper and safe tracking, identification, packaging, storage, control, monitoring, handling, collection, and disposal of regulated medical waste to every transporter, facility or organization that may come into contact with regulated medical waste. Every transporter, facility and organization shall disseminate such information to all employees. The departments shall also jointly and regularly conduct a course thereon, which all supervisory personnel of a transporter, facility or organization shall be required to attend.
