13:1E-131. Disclosure of information by public officer or employee; penalty Any public officer or employee who shall disclose to any person, other than the Attorney General or a person retained by the Attorney General as herein provided, the name of any person who receives an investigative interrogatory or a subpena or any information obtained pursuant thereto, except in proceedings involving an alleged violation of this act and except as so directed by the Attorney General, shall be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
