13:1D-69 Construction of act relative to C.13:1D-65. 2. Nothing set forth in P.L.2009, c.277 (C.13:1D-64 et seq.) shall be construed as creating, establishing, or authorizing a private cause of action by an aggrieved person against a person who has violated, or is alleged to have violated, the provisions of section 2 of P.L.2009, c.277 (C.13:1D-65).
