13:1D-147 Construction of act relative to preservation area of Highlands Region. 19. Nothing in this act shall be construed to apply to, or affect in any way, the preservation area of the Highlands Region as defined pursuant to P.L.2004, c.120 (C.13:20-1 et al.), or the authority of any State department or agency to adopt any rules and regulations for the preservation area.
