13:1B-15.125. Approval mandatory The trust may not purchase any lands directly or indirectly through the Department of Environmental Protection which will result in the incurrence of any financial obligations on the part of the State of New Jersey, without express approval of the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection or the Legislature.
