13:18A-52. Use of monetary proceeds 3. a. Any monetary proceeds realized from the sale, exchange, conveyance, or transfer of any land or interest therein pursuant to section 2 of this act may be used by the commissioner to acquire additional lands or interests therein deemed to be of limited practical use as authorized pursuant to subsection a. of section 1 of this act. b. Any monetary proceeds realized from the sale, exchange, conveyance, or transfer of any land or interest therein pursuant to section 2 of this act and not expended as authorized pursuant to subsection a. of this section shall be deposited into the applicable fund from which the State share of the monies used to acquire the land or interest therein pursuant to subsection a. of section 1 of this act was drawn.
