13:17-58. Deposit of funds in improvement assessment account All assessments as collected shall be immediately placed in an account to be known as "improvement assessment account." Such moneys shall be used only to pay the cost of such improvements or indebtedness incurred for such improvements or interest or premium, if any thereon. L.1968, c. 404, s. 57.
