1:6-6. Publication in pamphlet laws prima facie evidence of notice given The publication in the pamphlet laws published by the state of any law, as to which notice of intention to apply for its passage is required by the constitution, shall be prima facie evidence that the notice required by the constitution has been given in the manner required by this chapter.
