The ombudsman shall adopt rules pursuant to RSA 541-A relative to: I. Establishing procedures to streamline the process of resolving complaints under this chapter. II. Hearing procedures. III. Other matters necessary to the proper administration of RSA 91-A:7-a through RSA 91-A:7-c.
