I. The following shall be adopted under RSA 675:6: (a) Every master plan or amendment to a master plan proposed under RSA 674:1; (b) Subdivision regulations proposed under RSA 674:35; (c) Site plan review regulations proposed under RSA 674:44; and (d) Historic district regulations proposed under RSA 674:46-a. [Paragraph II effective until July 1, 2026; see also paragraph II set out below.] II. Zoning ordinances proposed under RSA 674:16, historic district ordinances proposed under RSA 674:46 and building codes proposed under RSA 674:51 shall be adopted in accordance with the procedures required under RSA 675:2-5. [Paragraph II effective July 1, 2026; see also paragraph II set out above.] II. Zoning ordinances proposed under RSA 674:16 and historic district ordinances proposed under RSA 674:46 shall be adopted in accordance with the procedures required under RSA 675:2 through 675:5. III. If an official map is established, it shall be established according to the procedures required under RSA 674:10.
