New Hampshire Code § 644:3-b

False Fire Alarms Resulting in Injury or Death

Any person who knowingly gives or aids or abets in giving any false alarm of fire, by any means, is guilty of a class B felony if bodily injury or death is sustained by any person as a result thereof.
