I. A person is guilty of a misdemeanor if such person knowingly possesses or uses a cloned wireless telephone. II. A person is guilty of a class B felony if such person knowingly possesses or uses telephone cloning paraphernalia, or possesses 2 or more unauthorized access devices or defaced access devices. The requisite knowledge or belief is presumed in the case of a person who is found in possession of 2 or more unauthorized access devices or defaced access devices.
