I. In any prosecution for a violation of RSA 638:20, the offense shall be deemed to have been committed in any of the following locations: (a) The county or judicial district in which any element of the offense was committed; (b) The county or judicial district of the purported loss; (c) The county or judicial district in which the insurance policy provides coverage; (d) The county or judicial district in which the insurer or the insurer's agent received the false statement or application; or (e) The county or judicial district in which money was received for the fraudulent act. II. If any violation of RSA 638:20 has been deemed to have occurred in any of the locations listed in paragraph I, the prosecution for all the related violations may be brought together in any of the counties or judicial districts.
