Reporting of Abuse and Neglect

I. If a person who receives a copy of a supported decision-making agreement or is aware of the existence of a supported decision-making agreement has cause to believe that the principal has been abused, neglected, or financially exploited by the supporter, the person shall promptly report the alleged abuse, neglect, or exploitation to the commissioner of health and human services or the commissioner's authorized representative in accordance with RSA 161-F. II. Nothing in this section shall be construed as eliminating or limiting a person's requirement to report under any other statute or regulation.
