New Hampshire Code § 436:21

Without Quarantine

The commissioner may permit bovine animals to be brought into this state, without being confined in quarantine at their destination or other designated place, when they have been tested in the state of their origin within 3 months prior to being brought into this state by a veterinarian whose competency and reliability are certified to by the authority charged with the control of contagious or infectious diseases in the state where said test or tests were made, or when they are accompanied by a certificate of health, showing satisfactory tests made by an inspector of the Bureau of Animal Industry of the United States.
