I. In addition to the provisions of RSA 416-A, the laws governing insurance companies, except as they are inconsistent with the provisions of RSA 416-A shall apply to the business of title insurance and to title insurance companies. II. The provisions of RSA 400-A:32 shall be applicable to title insurers.
