Upon licensure of any insurance company to issue variable products, a certificate shall be issued stating the name and the fact that the company has been licensed as a life insurance company authorized to issue variable products. The certificate shall be in such form as the commissioner may determine but shall state in bold type that the commissioner does not recommend and assumes no responsibility for variable products offered by the licensee. Certified copies of this certificate shall be furnished to the licensee for a fee as specified in RSA 400-A:29.
