Any individual, firm, association, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter, shall: I. Be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person; and II. Be subject to suspension or revocation of his license and a fine not to exceed $2,500 for each violation.
