If, upon trial, the insured recovers more than the amount determined by the insurers, he shall have judgment and execution immediately therefor, with interest and costs. If he recovers no more than such amount, the court may allow interest thereon, and such costs to either party as may be just; but execution shall not issue against the company within 3 months, unless by special order of court.
