New Hampshire Code § 384-F:10

Application to Establish and Maintain a Branch or Agency; Contents

A foreign bank, in order to procure a license under this chapter to establish and maintain a New Hampshire state branch or New Hampshire state agency shall submit an application to the commissioner, in a form prescribed by the commissioner in rules adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A. Such application shall contain: I. The same information as required by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for an application to establish a branch or agency, as the case may be, in the United States; II. An instrument irrevocably appointing the commissioner or his or her successors in office to be such foreign bank's agent, representative, and attorney to receive service of any lawful judicial and administrative process in accordance with RSA 384-F:24; and III. Such additional information as the commissioner may require by rules, adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A, or order.
