New Hampshire Code § 359-B:19

Obtaining Information Under False Pretenses

Any person who knowingly and willfully obtains information on a consumer from a consumer reporting agency under false pretenses shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
