I. A graduate of a non-AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine who is enrolled in the ECFVG certificate program having completed all but the clinical practice examination (CPE), may be granted a conditional license. The applicant shall have successfully passed the New Hampshire veterinary jurisprudence examination. II. The holder of a conditional license issued under these provisions shall practice under the direct supervision of a New Hampshire licensed veterinarian. If the applicant is not a United States citizen, the supervising veterinarian shall verify the legal immigration status of the applicant prior to employment and shall not employ the applicant if the applicant lacks legal immigration status. III. The conditional license shall be valid for 2 years from the date of issuance in accordance with RSA 310:8, or until the ECFVG candidate obtains ECFVG certification and receives a New Hampshire veterinary medical license. An ECFVG candidate that does not pass a CPE examination may apply to renew their conditional license, however, a candidate may not renew or reinstate a conditional license more than one time, nor may they apply for a second conditional license.
