The board shall: I. Conduct hearings and proceedings in accordance with RSA 310 concerning alleged violations of this chapter or of rules adopted under this chapter. II. Determine and enforce appropriate disciplinary action against licensees and certificate holders found guilty of violating this chapter or the rules adopted under this chapter. III. Approve, deny, or withdraw approval of providers of continuing education programs and individual continuing education programs. IV. Select nationally recognized examinations that meet the requirements of this chapter.
