New Hampshire Code § 328-E:3

I. No persons shall practice or represent themselves as practicing naturopathic medicine in this state without first applying for and receiving a license from the office of professional licensure and certification to practice naturopathic medicine. II. Licensees shall use the title "doctor of naturopathic medicine" and the recognized abbreviation "N.D." Doctors of naturopathic medicine shall have the exclusive right to use of the terms: "doctor of naturopathic medicine," "naturopathic doctor," "naturopath," "doctor of naturopathy," "naturopathic medicine," "naturopathic health care," "naturopathy," and "N.D." III. Persons who represent themselves as doctors of naturopathic medicine are those who adopt or use any title or any description of services that uses one or more of the terms listed in paragraph II of this section.
