I. A person engaged in this state in the practice of professional art therapy shall hold a master's or doctoral degree in art therapy from an accredited educational institution. II. No person who is not qualified for the practice of professional art therapy may use the title "art therapist" or "professional art therapist" or make use of any title, words, letters, abbreviations, or insignia indicating or implying that he or she is a professional art therapist.
