Suspension and Revocation of License

Misconduct sufficient to support disciplinary proceedings under this chapter includes: I. Obtaining a license by fraudulent or deceitful means. II. Conviction of a class A felony or a finding of malpractice or gross misconduct in practice as a dietitian. III. Engaging in actions inconsistent with the health of the person or persons under the care of the licensee through negligence, neglect, willful action, or other causes. IV. Other violations of this chapter, and the rules and code of ethics adopted by the board.
