New Hampshire Code § 318-B:29

Effect of Acquittal or Conviction Under the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970

No person shall be prosecuted for a violation of any provision of this chapter if such person has been acquitted or convicted under the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970 , as amended, or under the federal food and drug laws of the same act or omission which it is alleged constitutes a violation of this chapter.
