New Hampshire Code § 310-C:10

Nonresident Certification

I. Every nonresident applicant for certification under this chapter shall submit, with the application for certification, an irrevocable consent that service of process may be made by delivery of the process to the secretary of state if, in an action against the applicant in a court of this state arising out of the applicant's activities as a person required to be certified under this chapter, the plaintiff cannot, in the exercise of due diligence, effect personal service upon the applicant. II. A nonresident who has complied with paragraph I may obtain certification under this chapter by conforming to all of the provisions of this chapter relating to licensed or certified assessing personnel.
