The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to: I. [Repealed.] II. The qualifications of applicants under RSA 310-A:84, and satisfactory evidence of good professional character. III. How the applicant shall be examined. IV. The criteria required for a license to be renewed, including the requirement for continuing education. V. [Repealed.] VI. Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a certificate under this subdivision and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards. VII. Matters related to proper administration of this subdivision.
