I. Nothing in this subdivision shall prohibit one or more soil scientists from practicing soil science through a business organization. In any such entity engaged in the practice of soil science at least one partner, officer, or employee shall be a certified soil scientist, and all maps produced in the practice of soil science shall be signed by a certified soil scientist, who shall be responsible for the accuracy of such maps. II. Nothing in this subdivision shall prohibit one or more wetland scientists from practicing wetland science through a business organization. In any such entity engaged in the practice of wetland science at least one partner, officer, or employee shall be a certified wetland scientist, and all delineation produced in the practice of wetland science shall be signed by a certified wetland scientist, who shall be responsible for the accuracy of such delineation.
