I. The board shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to: (a) [Repealed.] (b) The qualifications of applicants in addition to those requirements set by statute, and including the qualifications for satisfactory evidence of good professional character; (c) How an applicant shall be examined; (d) The criteria for a license to be renewed or reinstated, including late fees and any requirements for continuing education; (e) [Repealed.] (f) Ethical and professional standards required to be met by each holder of a license under this subdivision and how disciplinary actions by the board shall be implemented for violations of these standards; (g) [Repealed.] (h) [Repealed.] (i) The design of an official seal; and (j) The issuance of corporate practice certificates. II. [Repealed.]
