Legal Status of Limited Liability Company as Entity; Duration of Entity Status

I. A limited liability company formed under this act shall be a legal entity separate and distinct from its members. II. The existence of a limited liability company as a separate legal entity shall continue until cancellation of the limited liability company's certificate of formation in accordance with RSA 304-C:142.
