Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a partnership engaged in the rendering of professional services may register as a registered limited liability partnership or foreign registered limited liability partnership subject to: (a) The laws and rules governing the rendering of professional services as defined in RSA 304-A:2, IX by partnerships; and (b) Such other terms and conditions imposed by its governing licensing authority.
