I. Each applicant for a license pursuant to this chapter and rules adopted by the lottery commission shall submit to the lottery commission with his or her license application a background and criminal record release authorization form provided or approved by the lottery commission. II. Upon receipt of an applicant's background and criminal record information, the lottery commission shall make a determination of eligibility for licensure.
