Manner of Giving Notice of Hearing

A notice of a hearing under the provisions of this chapter may be given by giving notice in hand or by sending it by regular or certified mail return receipt requested addressed to the employee, the employer and the employer's insurance carrier, at each party's last known residence or place of business.
