I. Any person violating the provisions of this subdivision or of any ordinance, bylaw or rule made under the provisions of this subdivision shall be guilty of a violation. II. The maximum fine for a violation of RSA 265:144, X shall be $35 for each occurrence. III. The fine for a violation of RSA 265:143-a shall be $100.
