New Hampshire Code § 265:1-d

Immigration Checkpoints

When any state, county, or municipal police department or law enforcement agency is informed by a federal agency of intent to conduct an immigration checkpoint, the department or agency shall give notice to the public within 24 hours of when the checkpoint is scheduled to occur or as soon as is practical. The notice shall disclose, if known, the date, municipality, and geographical area in which the checkpoint will occur. Notice to the public shall be provided by publishing this information on the government agency's website.
