New Hampshire Code § 263:85

Employer Responsibilities

I. Each employer shall require the applicant to provide the information specified in RSA 263:84, III. II. No employer shall knowingly allow, permit, or authorize a driver to drive a commercial motor vehicle during any period in which: (a) The driver has a driver's license suspended, revoked, or cancelled by a state; has lost the privilege to drive a commercial motor vehicle in a state; or has been disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle; (b) The driver has more than one driver's license, except during the 10-day period beginning on the date the person is issued a driver's license, and, until December 31, 1989, whenever a state law enacted on or before June 1, 1986, requires the person to have more than one driver's license; or (c) The driver does not possess a valid commercial driver license.
