Suspension for Default in Another Jurisdiction

Any driver licensed by the state of New Hampshire who defaults on an appearance, summons, or court order issued in another jurisdiction shall be subject to suspension or revocation of their drivers license in this state in addition to any penalties imposed by the other jurisdiction.
