I. In addition to the fee for each certificate and renewal of registration for a motorcycle under RSA 261:141, III(o), an additional fee of $1 shall be assessed and collected by the department. II. In addition to any other permit or license or endorsement fee for a motorcycle learner's permit or motorcycle license or endorsement, and for each license or learner's permit renewal, an additional fee of $5 shall be assessed and collected by the department.
